The Philharmonic Islands are known for being the birthplace of composer Sergei Antonin Prokofinsky.

The islands were settled by descendants of the second multiversal duplication of the Lucidus II ship, sharing a common ancestry with the populations inhabiting cross-bay regions, including cities such as Voyage a Deux, Rolling Stone, and the cities of the Southwestern Megalopolitan Complex.
