River Caesar
The River Caesar is a relatively short river flowing through a portion of lowlands of northern west central Illuminatia. The River Caesar flows east to west, forming the signature riverfronts of the cities of Cavalleria Rusticana and Mascagni before emptying into the Periterranean Sea.
The River Caesar is the northernmost river basin commonly considered to flow within the widely-accepted bounds of the West Coast Megalopolitan Complex. The River Caesar has a limited water shed, with only one significant tributary, due to the nearby constraints of terrain that divides it from the watersheds of the River Lucas to the south and the Rivière di Seville to the north.
The River Caesar is named after General Caesar, a historical figure known for serving as one of the early leaders of the Lucidus mission.
