Second Peninsula University (SPU) is a private institution of tertiary education located in Für Elise. Students from across Illuminatia find SPU appealing particularly for its credentials in the industrial generalizations, environmental science and engineering fields, and the financial theory disciplines.

The student body of Second Peninsula University is disproportionately represented by pupils originating from the Galant Peninsula where the university is located. Enrollment at SPU totals 25,700 students.

Students attending SPU, as with those attending most institutions of education which are not fully public, pursue an education at the university as a way to pursue areas of study outside once which would be considered within their preferred or optimized career or academic track based on aptitude and demands of the economy and the occupational marketplace.

Students attending Second Peninsula University receive only a partial subsidy of their tuition-related expenses from the government, and as a result SPU receives only approximately 40% of its 2,834,000μ/AU budget from the Bureau of Education and Enlightenment (BEE). The remaining 60% comes from private sources such as sponsorship and charity. Nonetheless, SPU receives full regulatory oversight from the BEE's Office of Curriculum and Programming (OCP) in respects to curriculum and academic integrity.

Students enrolling at SPU are given an uncommon option regarding the proportion of their tuition they may receive from the government. Students may choose to have a smaller percentage of their tuition paid by the Bureau of Education and Enlightenment in return for a larger of share participation in the Office of Assessment and Placement (OAP)'s career matching system. A 0% tuition payment could result in up to a 80% assurance of a job match upon graduation. Inversely, students can get up to 75% of their tuition paid and in return qualify for 0% participation in the bureau's career matching scheme.
