Office of Occupational Safety

The Illuminatia Office of Occupational Safety (OOS) is a government office operating within the Illuminatia Department of Labour Relations (DLR). The OOS facilitates administration and enforcement efforts for the benefit of workplace and occupational safety among all industries in Illuminatia.

The Office of Occupational Safety establishes standards for protocol and procedure to promote workplace safety. The OOS engages in experimentation and testing to further knowledge about occupational safety concerns and then publishes educational and informative publications and communique based on the best knowledge of the time as to how to prevent workplace injury, unintentional dismemberment, and unwanted termination of life events. Standards provided by the OOS are nearly universally observed particularly in industrial workspaces that might involve volatile materials and dangerous situations.

The OOS focuses outreach and dispensation of service efforts on employees and labour unions to ensure the members of Illuminatia's workforce are property educated and enlightened as to matters affecting the potential safety of their work environments and work-related activities. The OCT provides services, educational and training opportunities, and publications that encourage on-the-job safety and protection of worker's rights that might affect safety.

The OOS focuses administration and enforcement efforts on employers and industry groups that oversee industrial and business entities with employees. The OOS has the capacity to assess penalties upon employers through cooperation with the Bureau of Punishment and Castigation and the Department of Karma Adjustment.
