Third Peninsula University (TPU) is a partially-private institution of tertiary education located in Anthem. Students from across the Timmons Peninsula are attracted to TPU especially for its diplomas in environmental engineering, pharmacology, and other natural and environmental disciplines.

The student body of Third Peninsula University is disproportionately represented by pupils originating from central eastern Illuminatia, particularly parts of the Randall Bay Megalopolitan Complex. Enrollment at TPU has reached 57,000 students.
