River Sinfonia

The River Sinfonia is a body of water flowing from northwest to southeast through southern Illuminatia, with a terminus in Symphonic Bay at Symphony. The river services the region southwest of the southern Transilluminatian Range, providing drainage via tributaries originating along the southwestern face of the range. The River Sinfonia is almost omnipresent in local lore in parts of the South Coast Megalopolitan Complex.
Major cities residing along the length of the River Sinfonia, in order from upriver to terminus, include Die Fledermaus, Cadence, Dvořák, and Symphony. Populations living adjacent to the River Sinfonia are primarily descendants of the second multiversal duplication of survivors from the Lucidus III ship. The River Modest flows through a region with significant adoption of the Quasilucidian language.
Settlers of the city of Symphony found it irresistible to give a matching name to the river flowing into the similarly-named bay to the south of their new city.
