The College of Brookeview (COB) is a public institution of secondary education with a campus located in Sinatra. COB offers secondary degrees with particular strengths in the teaching of political theoretics, mathematical arts, and electrical engineering.
Total enrollment at the College of Brookeview averages 26,840 students. While the college is a popular destination for students native to the city of Sinatra, a much larger proportion, nearly 70% of the student body, hails from other regions of the Timmons Peninsula as well as the Brookeview Ludwig Megalopolitan Complex.
College of Brookeview will often attract students who initially attended the Université des Manches Vertes in the nearby city of Greensleeves. Both institutions share strengths in the teaching of electrical science, but diverge in some important respects. Such transfer students who leave UMV tend to find interest in pursuing specific education in electrical engineering rather than the more theoretical pursuits in electrical science offered by UMV. Likewise, students graduating with secondary diplomas in electrical engineering from COB are known to continue their tertiary education in electrical science at UMV when they find their interests lie deep in the study of electricity and electromagnetism.
Students at COB, as with all publicly-funded institutions of higher education, enjoy a nearly 100% placement rate into employment upon graduation thanks to a government-assisted matching system administered by the Office of Assessment and Placement (OAP). It is notable that this placement rate includes placements at other universities and institutes where continuing students may pursue a higher degree or credential. A significant proportion of COB graduates do opt to pursue tertiary degrees at the various universities of eastern Illuminatia. Many Brookeview graduates in the political theoretics discipline continue their education in political science or municipal logistics at Vostonian University in Voston.
COB receives funding from the Bureau of Education and Enlightenment (BEE) and oversight from the BEE's Office of Curriculum and Programming. This public funding of course accounts for the vast bulk of the college's operational resources, which total 2,953,000 μ/AU.
Numerous student clubs exist at College of Brookeview which organize recreational singing groups. These small ensembles, mostly numbering from quartets to nonets and duodecets, perform at various everyday on-campus gatherings such as suppers and breakfasts. They will also make themselves available to sing sings for romantic companions who request their services for their lovers and admirers.
